Jittery Jones (4oz): Chocolate and coffee are a classic combination. We took these ingredients and added them to the Classic recipe to create a smooth blend that goes great on a steak or a rack of ribs.

Cajun Sunrise (4oz): We took the Classic recipe to Louisiana. With cayenne pepper and espresso-ground coffee, this rub provides just the right amount of kick.
