Spivey-Q Original BBQ Rub

Our traditional Taco seasoning is based in chili powder and cumin, but we've added the freshness of locally grown oregano to give this seasoning a flavor like you've never experienced!
Got Beef? Brisket Seasoning
Hard-core Texans use the tried and true SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) for a traditional Texas-style brikset rub. We amp up the SPG flavors with some of our own seasonings to bring that signature Spivey-Q flavor. One of our ingredients is coffee!

Smoked BBQ Crackers
The process: We use our own BBQ seasonings and a little ranch dressing powder, with some olive oil to marinate these crackers until they soak up all of the flavors. Then, we put them on the skomer for 2 hours over hickory wood to impact a smoky flavor that will keep you reaching into the bag for another one!

Baby Back Ribs
Our ribs are smoked "competition-style" which means they won't fall right off the bone when you pick them up but are tender. The smoke flavor penetrates deep to give you the perfect flavor bone after bone. Priced per rack.
Beef Brisket
Slow smoked for 12+ hours over hickory, oak, and mesquite. Sold whole (flat) or by the pound.
