We’re a small operation running on hickory smoke, elbow grease, and a trailer smoker that’s older than the internet. No online store yet — but we show up to local markets with the full lineup. Come say hi. We’ll probably be the ones who smell like BBQ.

All Saturdays from April to December (except holidays) and 2nd/4th Saturdays January through March 8am to Noon

Seriously. Our snacks have a way of announcing themselves. If something smells incredible, walk toward it.

We’ve got a booth with jars of rubs, bags of smoked crackers, and a banner that Jeremy’s very proud of.
Ask for Jeremy and Christy
They’ll be the ones behind the table, happy to talk BBQ for as long as you’ll let them. You’ve been warned.
